Acceptance of Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this site. By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and by any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted in connection with specific sections or services of this site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Usage.

StickerChimp.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this site.

You also agree that we may provide legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an email to the address you provided when you registered. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw consent, you must discontinue use of your account.

General

All terms and conditions and any transactions occurring online at www.stickerchimp.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of California. StickerChimp.com is not responsible for delays and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, and other actions—governmental or otherwise—including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.stickerchimp.com to create documents are the property of StickerChimp.com and its affiliated companies. The buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the seller’s terms and shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Reservations

All orders are subject to acceptance by StickerChimp.com. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time, even after we receive the order.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. Replacement will occur only after the returned merchandise is received. We will not replace any order if it is determined that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer, or if part of the order was used and part is being returned.

Credit Card

If the buyer’s credit card is declined, StickerChimp.com will not process the order. If the order is shipped and the buyer’s account becomes delinquent, buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term’s due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that StickerChimp.com must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty

StickerChimp.com neither makes any explicit warranty nor implies or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products purchased by the buyer. StickerChimp.com may—but does not guarantee—replacement of defective product or a credit for the purchase price.

Shipping

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. StickerChimp.com will arrange shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for shipping and handling costs. StickerChimp.com is not responsible for delays in delivery, loss, or damage while the order is with the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

StickerChimp.com will not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from performance or nonperformance of our obligations. StickerChimp.com shall not be liable for financial losses, costs, expenses, damages, and/or other economic damages. The buyer agrees not to hold StickerChimp.com responsible for any and all losses, costs, expenses, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all claims, demands, actions, and proceedings instituted against StickerChimp.com and its affiliates alleging that the work violates any copyrights, trademarks, or service marks, is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights.

Cancellations and Refunds

StickerChimp.com and its affiliated companies will not refund any money for orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order entered processing.

SMS Text Messaging

StickerChimp.com respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

Data Collection

We collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. Information may be collected via website forms, email, rental agreements, or third-party reservation systems.

Data Usage

Your data is used solely for sending customer support, promotional campaigns, and community engagement messages.

Data Security

We use secure storage measures to help prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain your information while you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Send HELP for assistance; you will receive a text with our phone number, email, and website.
       
• Non-sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sticker Chimps Halloween Art Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to artists worldwide ages 13 and older.
       
• Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to participate.
       
• By submitting artwork, entrants confirm they have obtained such consent if required.
       
• One entry per artist.

2. Submission Requirements

• Artwork must feature Charlie the Chimp in a Halloween costume or Halloween movie theme.
       
• Submissions must be the entrant’s original work.
       
• Entries must be submitted via Instagram Direct Message to Sticker Chimps by the published deadline.

3. Rights & Usage

• By entering, participants grant Sticker Chimps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted artwork on social media, the website, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
       
• Entrants retain full copyright and ownership of their artwork. Sticker Chimps does not claim ownership beyond the rights stated above.
       
• Winning designs may be printed as stickers by Sticker Chimps for prize fulfillment and promotional use.

4. Winner Selection

• All valid entries will be reviewed internally by the Sticker Chimps team.
       
• Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and fit with the contest theme.
       
• Sticker Chimps reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding winners.

5. Prizes

• 1st Place: 50 custom stickers of the winning design.
       
• Runner-ups: 25 custom stickers of their submitted design.
       
• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. General Conditions

• Sticker Chimps reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.
       
• Participation constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.

Christmas Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
